In other words, you need administrative rights to the administrative panel of the website. And from there you can manage the site plugins and sections, such as the download area. I just talked to Sonic about it. Now you have the administrative permissions to manage that stuf, Anubis. He also asked you to host your downloads on a place like ZippyShare, or send it to him. To manage the administrative panel, please log into this website and you will see the link on the top left, where it says "Welcome Anubis". It's called 'Admin Area'.
